On June 13th, Dave Miller (ADclub member), a local professional photographer was chosen by the International Joint Commission to photographically document the Centennial Celebration of the Water Boundary Treaty between the United States and Canada. In attendance was Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Foreign Minister Lawrence Cannon. Dave was present for the presentation on the Rainbow Bridge, and the press conference as well as given exclusive access to photograph a private meeting between the two diplomats.
