Buffalo, New York - November 10, 2011. FB Displays & Designs, Inc. had the great opportunity to partner with precision fabric manufacturer Sefar Inc. to design and create a unique exhibit for their appearance at the 2011 Specialty Printing and Imaging Technology (SGIA) Expo in New Orleans last month. During the consultation process, Sefar opted towards renting versus purchasing a custom 20' island exhibit. The team at FB Displays & Designs, Inc. utilized a lightweight truss system (from the manufacturers of Lego) to create large towers, conference and demo areas and necessary storage spaces. High visibility branding was accomplished with very large dye sub fabrics.

The truss system gave the exhibit a stylish European look and optimized cost savings by lowering shipping costs to the show hall. It setup with ease, allowing the exhibit to be constructed in less time, ultimately saving on labor costs. As part of our partnership initiative, FBD2's own Troy Stover was on-site to supervise in the installation of the exhibit. The end result helped Sefar make a big impact at the Expo.

Looking into the future, the rental vs. purchase option can benefit Sefar at future events, allowing for freedom to rent different components and give each exhibit a different layout and fresh look This will serve as an advantage at shows where smaller spaces are the only option.
