J. FITZGERALD GROUP ANNOUNCES NEW HIRES

Lockport, NY - J. Fitzgerald Group, an international marketing technology company based in Lockport, has added Doug Bailey as Controller, Karen Gerken as Art Director and Brad Smrcina as IT Solutions Engineer.

Bailey, who handles all finances for the company's traditional marketing and three online platforms, is a graduate of Niagara University with a degree in business administration. He previously held the same position with Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center in Lewiston. He is a Town of Lockport resident.

Gerken comes to JFG's creative team after working as a freelance graphic designer for the last decade. Prior to her freelance work she was Associate Art Director at Quinlan & Company in Amherst. She has a degree in advertising design from Texas Christian University and resides in Williamsville.

Smrcina, with several years of experience in online incentive program management and over 30 years in programming and software, joins the JFG organization to help lead its Payback Incentives, Blue Sky Rewards and i-Marketing programs. Smrcina last served as CIO/Sr. Director of IT with Incentium of Chattanooga, TN, where he also resides.
